7 Day Slim Down Day ( 1 & 2)

Ok so I know I am late with my updates.  I have been tired & also been trying to get this school work underway.

Day 1: 
The first day was definitely my body getting used to having less food . I did my morning workout &  had  a silmdown scramble & did pretty well with having the 5 meals.  I didn't make a protein shake as the plan says because I wanted green juice & I didn't have any bananas frozen yet. I also made sure I did my afternoon workout as well & had chicken & spinach for dinner.  I admit I felt always hungry but I did eat every 2 hours.  I don't blame me on being hungry I really feel when your body is used to eating one way for so many years then you do a drastic change with smaller portions & less heavy foods your body is like " ummm yea that was nice but where is the food?" lol

Day 2: This was a off day, I did my morning workout I had a protein pancake that ended into a billion pieces lol.. it was still good. Tasted just like banana bread.  I ended up falling asleep ( I work nights) so I missed meals 2-4 so I just ended up eating meal 5 which was  baked chicken & spinach & mushrooms.   still juiced though & did my afternoon workouts.

Tomorrow is the Day! 7 Day Slim Down (8/18/13)

Well tomorrow is the day. I feel like my life is about to drastically change. Heck it might & it is!  I am just a little nervous though because I work nights & I get hungry at night. So I will have to make sure I pack some healthy snacks or something for that night. I know that is one of the reasons why i gained weight because I eat at night.  I am really hoping I can get my body on track.


I really want to try to blog about my progress & whats going on.  I am thinking Ill start posting some of the recipes I am trying out as well.  I do plan on doing mini updates on twitter @SheisSantana & IG @CurlyGirlBeauty so keep an eye out. I am really excited.

Time for a change, Tone it Up Nutrition Plan ( 8/16/13)

Happy August!

I know I haven't been updating here as much. I have been focusing on other things.

So Mr. A & I have decided to really pursue clean eating.  We have discussed this many times but I think we are actually ready.  When your really ready then you can do whatever you want.

I recently this week purchased the Tone it Up Nutrition plan by the Tone it Up girls, Karina & Katrina.

I have been eyeing the plan for a while now but never really could make the plunge for the money to buy it.

its $150.00 for a plan that is immediately sent to your email to download. which is great because you don't have to wait. You don't pay for nothing more & have lifetime access to all recipes, community,etc.  Many print their out. Which I have also done, its about 184 pages & then I bought a pink binder ( so girly) & then I made a book of it.
