Recipe: Panko,Spinach Steak rolls

Recipe time! In my quest to find healthier recipes, I came across this clean eating recipe. Its Steak rolled up with whole wheat panko & spinach. Its pretty quick to put together & taste good too, a fave in my house.

Enjoy the Pics! -
Whole Wheat Panko, Minced Garlic,Red Wine Vinegar & Chili Pepper flakes
Flank or thin steak & Spinach ( not pictured)

I marinated the flank, or thin steak with a marinade by Lawry's, It keeps the meat tender.

Mix the panko, chili flakes, minced garlic & red wine vinegar together. I say use personal preference
because the Garlic & Vinegar is strong, I don't use that much.

Then spread a thin layer on 1 side of the steak

Add a layer of Spinach

Roll up & it should look like this.

Let cook for about 20 min or until cooked to desired taste.
& Your done!

Let me know if you have tried this! Enjoy!
